When you submit a consultation request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, preferred practice area, message and any file you choose to attach. If you contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp, we retain the correspondence necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry.
We also collect limited, cookieless usage data about how the website is used: pages viewed, approximate time on page, referring source, device type and interactions with calls to action. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors.

File uploads
Documents attached to a consultation request or uploaded to the client portal are stored in encrypted private storage. They are never made publicly accessible and are not shared with third parties except where you instruct us to do so or where we are required to by law.
Confidentiality
Communications with OAA Law in connection with legal advice are treated as confidential and, where applicable, privileged. Submitting an enquiry through this website does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship; that relationship begins when the firm confirms its engagement in writing.
Retention
We retain enquiry and client records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to satisfy legal, professional and regulatory obligations, after which records are securely deleted or archived.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses minimal, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. Your browser may store small technical preferences necessary for the site to function.
Your rights
