Our approach
Most costly legal problems begin as small questions nobody asked. OAA Law keeps the door open for those questions — a short call before a signature is the cheapest legal service we offer.
We write advice in plain English, with the commercial recommendation stated first and the legal reasoning behind it.
Where a matter needs specialist handling, it stays partner-led rather than being handed down and forgotten.
Relevant experience
Advisory and representation for individuals, professionals and owner-managed businesses across employment disputes, recoveries, personal property matters and estate documentation, alongside retained general counsel arrangements for small and mid-sized Nigerian companies.
Frequently asked
- Do you offer a retainer for small businesses?
- Yes. A monthly retainer covers a defined volume of contract reviews, letters and advisory calls, which is usually far cheaper than instructing per matter.
- What does a consultation cost?
- We quote before we begin. After an initial discussion of your matter, OAA Law confirms scope and fees in writing so there are no surprises.
- Can you send a demand letter on my behalf?
- Yes, and it often resolves the matter. A properly drafted letter from counsel, with a clear deadline and stated consequences, recovers a significant share of the debts we are instructed on.
